Thank you for shopping with us at Legal Dialog. Please read our refund and cancellation policy for digital and physical products carefully before making a purchase. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. No Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to carefully review the product details and ensure that the digital product you’re purchasing meets your needs before completing the transaction.
2. Exceptions for Defective or Incorrect Products
If the digital product you purchased is defective or does not match the description provided on our website, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will offer a:
- Replacement of the defective or incorrect product, or
- Technical support to resolve any issues with the download or usage of the product.
3. Support and Assistance

4. No Cancellations After Purchase
As digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not accept cancellations once the purchase is completed.
Physical Products
1. Refunds and Cancellations for Physical Products
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your physical product, you may request a refund or cancellation under the following conditions:
- You must request the return or cancellation within 14 days of receiving your product.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
2. Process for Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return a physical product, please contact our customer service team here within 14 days. We will guide you through the return process. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will process a full refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.
3. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
- Products that were marked as final sale or non-refundable at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping Costs
If you are returning a physical product, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving a defective or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
